Blog platform changes

Blog is now moved on top of new platform. Content is handled via Contentful and rendered by Angular. I also implemented Spring Boot based REST API for retrieving content from Contentful. This way I can cache API responses and convert Contentful content editor markdown syntax to HTML in backend before rendering.

SEO and social media sharing are handled by Angular Universal which renders app server side via Node.js and Express. Server side rendering also provides better performance.

Contentful seems to be quite solid for content editing and it was very easy to setup for my blog.
